A heath – Three Witches, Macbeth and Banquo

The witches meet Macbeth and Banquo on a heath like it said at the start of the play “Upon the heath. There to meet with Macbeth.” And they are talking about how Macbeth is the Thane of Cawdor and that he will become king. Macbeth and Banquo debate over whether it is true or not until they meat Rosse and Angus who tell Macbeth that he will be the new Thane of Cawdor. So Macbeth then thought that what the witches were telling the truth.
