Act 1, Scene 5.
Location: Capulet’s house, Sunday night. Characters: Serving Men, Capulet, Cousin Capulet, Romeo, Tybalt, Juliet, Nurse and Benvolio
Events: The party has started and the Serving Men are trying to deal with the party and the people. Then Capulet is talking to Cousin Capulet… Romeo then sees Juliet and it’s love at first sight but Tybalt sees Romeo and says “This, by his voice, should be a Montague. “Fetch me my rapier, boy.” And he also realizes that it is Romeo and tries to start a fight but Capulet stops him so there would be no trouble. Romeo and finds Juliet again and then they kiss. After the Nurse finds them and Juliet needs to have a chat with her mother. Romeo finds that Juliet is the daughter of Capulet and then Capulet stops the party.
This is a good succinct summary of the events in this scene. I’d encourage you to try to follow the format we established (here’s the example from the board) so that you get the maximum use from these summaries over time.
Having said that, I don’t mind if you write everything in long form as you have, but do make sure all the information is there – time, place, characters, events, quote.
